House Rules
Hotel Lucy is a non-smoking property. No smoking is allowed inside any building, or on the pool deck, porches, patios, or balconies.
Pets and children are not permitted on the Hotel Lucy property, with the exception of The Leona house.
All outdoor music must stop at 10:00 p.m. per City of Granbury ordinance.
Gatherings of people that are not guests of the hotel are not permitted unless approved by Venue Coordinator, Bri.
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted at Hotel Lucy unless you book the entire property. We are a weekend getaway for adults and we appreciate your understanding of this policy!
Enjoy cocktails, beer and wine from our lounge or pool bar.
No glass or personal coolers are permitted around the pool.

Hotel Grounds
Boasting 11 luxurious suites, 3 full house rentals, manicured grounds, and a resort-style pool. Hotel Lucy is perfect for a girls weekend, romantic getaway, Granbury wedding, or other event.
The Pool
We have provided pool towels in your suite or house. Text us at 817-579-9044 and we are happy to provide you with additional towels as needed!

The pool is open from 9:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. daily.
Pool Policy, Day of Arrival: Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 1:00pm to enjoy the pool area, even though our standard check-in is at 3:00pm. We will notify incoming guests via text if their room is available for an early check-in, or before 3:00pm.
Pool Policy, Day of Departure: Guests must remove all personal items from their room(s) by our standard check-out at 11:00am, but will be able to enjoy the pool area until 1:00pm at no additional cost. If you would like to purchase a pool pass to extend this on the day of departure until 3:00pm, our pool passes are $50 per person and will grant them access to that space until that time. Guests that purchase a pool pass on the day of departure must vacate the property entirely no later than 3:00pm (with no exceptions) due to capacity reasons and regulations.
Ask your hotel concierge about the hours of poolside service for food and beverage!

Policies & Restrictions
Room/suite rates are priced the same for single or double occupancy. The Vivi and Leona houses are priced for an occupancy of 4 guests, with the option to add two additional guests at a fee. The Oleta House is priced for an occupancy of 8 guests. We do not allow more than 2 guests per room/suite. Rates are subject to change at any time. Taxes are not included in room rates. As we are a boutique hotel experience, our design and furnishings are subject to change at any time.
GUEST ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:
– Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
– Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
– Please contact us should you need to make other arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate.
RESTRICTIONS:
-Hotel Lucy is an adult-only property.
-At time of check-in, a valid ID is required to match the reservation name. Guests checking in must be at least 21 years of age.
– Children under the age of 18 are NOT permitted on Hotel Lucy unless you book the entire property with an event contract. At that time, they are permitted to stay only in The Vivi or The Leona. We are a weekend getaway for adults and we appreciate your understanding of this policy.
– Children and Pets are exclusively permitted at the Leona House only. Pet and Children are NOT permitted on Hotel Lucy grounds or common areas.
-Guests with legitimate service animals as defined by the ADA will be provided access to all areas of Hotel Lucy afforded to those without service animals.
– Hotel Lucy is a non-smoking property. No smoking is allowed inside any building, or on patios, porches, or balconies.
-We are NOT a BYOB property. All alcohol consumed on premises must be purchased from Hotel Lucy.
– We do not allow gatherings that include guests not staying at Hotel Lucy unless approved by Hotel Lucy ownership.
– The Hotel Lucy pool closes promptly at 10:00 p.m. to all hotel guests.
– Outdoor music must stop by 10:00 p.m. due to city ordinance.
– Cleaning fee will incur after checkout if Hotel Lucy staff is required to spend an extensive amount of time removing trash, personal belongings, decorations, etc. from the areas that the guest(s) utilized or occupied. Cleaning fee charges vary depending on the amount of time spent removing the items, and the amount of damage that has been inflicted to the Facility.
– Glitter, confetti, silly string, etc. is prohibited from use on the property anywhere outside or inside. Balloons and streamers are permitted, if they are not attached to anything on or in the Facility in a manner that would cause permanent damage, but must be disposed of by the guest prior to their departure. Cleaning fee will be charged to the guest account if personal decor is not disposed of by the guest properly prior to check-out at 11:00am.
AMENITIES:
Amenities of Hotel Lucy are to be used at your own risk. Hotel Lucy does not accept responsibility for any injury from use of the facilities or equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, hotel pool, bikes, grilling and kitchen equipment, and courtyard grounds.
RESERVATION PAYMENT:
Reservations are charged 100% at the time of booking. Any balance due for additional expenses incurred is paid at check-out. Your reservation confirmation is emailed upon receipt of your reservation. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are welcome.
INCIDENTALS:
The credit card held on file will be used for any cleaning fees, damages, and miscellaneous expenses incurred during your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
– Cancellations made at least 15 days in advance of a scheduled arrival will be refunded
– For cancellations less than 15 days in advance, a 50% refund of advance payment will be provided.
– For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, no refund of advance payment will be made.
– Rates subject to change on holidays and during special events. Minimum night stay may be required.
